1. Treasure IslanD

Treasure Island Las Vegas is one of the rare gems on the Strip that still offers free parking. The spacious seven-level garage has over 630 spots, 24/7 access, and even EV charging stations on the fourth floor. For the easiest casino access, park on Level 3, which connects directly to the pedestrian bridge. Whether you're catching a show, grabbing dinner, or just exploring the Strip, Treasure Island makes it easy to park without the extra fees saving you cash for the fun stuff.
Valet service is also complimentary. However, keep in mind that tipping the valet is standard practice.
2. Resorts World

This summer, Resorts World Las Vegas is making it easier (and cheaper) for families to explore the Strip by offering free self-parking through August 28, 2025. Whether you're staying overnight, grabbing dinner, or just popping in for a show, you can park in the guest and hotel garages without paying a dime. In a city where parking fees can hit $40 or more, this rare perk is a big win for budget-conscious travelers looking to enjoy Vegas without the nickel-and-diming. Since they removed the parking payment kiosks, as shown in the photo below, we hope they consider making this permanent!
In addition to free parking, Resorts World Las Vegas is also waiving all Resort Fees through 9/11/25.
3. Fashion Show Mall

Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas makes shopping on the Strip even sweeter with free parking for all guests. Here you’ll find both garage and surface-level parking options. It’s also conveniently located near several casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

4. Sahara

Sahara Las Vegas still offers completely free parking for hotel guests and visitors alike. With two convenient garages accessible from Las Vegas Boulevard and Paradise Road, getting in and out is a breeze. The garages are open 24/7 and even feature Tesla charging stations on the 7th floor of the West garage.

5. The Strat

If you rented a car, check to see if it has Nevada plates! Whether you're heading to the iconic observation deck, grabbing a bite at Top of the World, or strolling through nearby galleries and shops in the Arts District, The STRAT’s free parking makes it a smart and convenient choice, especially for locals.

6. Wynn & Encore

While Wynn Las Vegas once stood out as a Strip-side haven for free parking, its policy has shifted in recent years. As of now, visitors receive the first three hours free, after which a flat fee of $25 per day applies. 24/7 free self-parking is available for Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests and certain reward card levels. The self-parking garages are well-lit and conveniently located off Las Vegas Boulevard.

7. Venetian & Palazzo

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas offers a rare Strip-side perk for Nevada residents: three hours of complimentary self-parking when you scan a valid Nevada driver’s license at the kiosk. This local-friendly benefit is perfect for quick visits to the Grand Canal Shoppes, a bite at one of the resort’s upscale restaurants, or a stroll through the Venetian’s stunning architecture. Just note that this offer isn’t available during special event parking rates, so it’s smart to check signage before you park.
8. Westgate

In addition to the 3 free hours of parking for locals, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino offers one of the most budget-friendly parking options near the Strip with $10 for 24-hour self-parking, making it a smart pick for families and convention-goers alike. Guests can pay through the SP+ Mobile app, and the spacious lots include a covered garage, surface parking, and even free EV charging stations in the North garage

9. CAESARS Properties

Caesars has seven properties in Vegas, including: Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Linq, Horseshoe, Harrah’s, Planet Hollywood, and Cromwell. They all follow the same parking rules, so locals receive three free hours of parking per property per day. This may not be valid during certain special events so be sure to check before entering the garage!
Platinum, Diamond, and Seven Stars Reward members also receive complimentary parking.
10. Mgm Resorts

Proper Eats Food Hall (located where the now MGM resorts has eight (8) properties along the Las Vegas Strip, including: Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Park MGM, NYNY, Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay. They all have the same parking policies. Nevada Residents receive three free hours of parking per property per day. This may not be valid during certain special events.
Pearl, Gold, Platinum, Noir, and MGM Credit Card holders all receive complimentary self-parking.
Despite what you may have heard, you can see that there are some places left that offer free parking! But don’t forget that while free parking on the Las Vegas Strip is still possible, it’s always wise to double-check before you pull in, especially during special events, conventions, or holiday weekends, when policies can shift without much notice.
