Ten “Pawsome” Pet- Friendly Hotels in Las Vegas
Your pet is part of your family, so how can you plan a family vacation without including them? Well Vegas is a great place for your next family vacation because there are lots of hotels ready to welcome you and your pet!
Keep in mind that “pet-friendly” means different things at different properties. In most cases, pet-friendly means dog-friendly. However, we have found some places that will welcome your feline friend too! Here are 10 great options if you’re planning to bring your pet with you to Vegas.
1. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Pets: Dogs - Any Size, Any Breed | Website
The Cosmopolitan (or “Cosmo” as you may hear some folks refer to it) is know for having a very liberal pet policy. They allow up to two dogs of any breed or size per room. And every room is available for pets so you don’t have to worry about availability. There is a fee ($100 per night), but it includes a Pupjoy Box filled with treats and other special gifts for your dog. They also have two outdoor dog runs on property! If you’re looking for dog-friendly, the Cosmopolitan is a top-pick.
The Cosmopolitan has also negotiated a preferred rate at a nearby pet daycare so you don’t have to leave your dog alone for an extended period of time when you go out and explore Vegas.

No matter where you end up with your pet, be sure to keep the following tips in mind so that they have just as great of a vacation as you:
Mid-day pavements are incredibly hot, especially during the summer. If it’s too hot to place the back of your hand on it for five seconds, it’s too hot for your pet to walk on. Be prepared to carry your pet to potty stations when the sun is out.
Bring a portable water bowl if you venture out! You and your pet need to stay hydrated in the incredibly dry Vegas climate.
There are different rules for ADA-compliant service animals. If you see a dog out and about, don’t assume the location is pet-friendly as that particular animal may be performing a service for their owner.
We hope you have a pawsome Vegas family vacation!
