Ten family-friendly las Vegas food halls

A popular alternative to the traditional buffets, “food halls” have become super popular in Las Vegas! If you aren’t familiar with the concept it’s similar to a food court, but usually with more elevated or upscale offerings. While you may not find a kid’s menu at a food hall, you will find lots of options that are sure to please the whole family!

1. Block 16 Urban Food Hall @ The Cosmopolitan

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Located inside the Cosmopolitan near the Boulevard Tower, the Block 16 Urban Food Hall has options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack!

Check out District Donuts or the always Insta-worthy Egg Slut (just be prepared to wait in line!) for breakfast. Do you want sushi while the kids would rather get hot chicken or a sandwich? All possible at the Block 16 Urban Food Hall! Get your food individually and then all meet back at one of the shared tables - perfect when everyone feels like something different!

Just looking for a little something sweet? Everyone will love the Milk Bar for milkshakes, cookies, or even individual slices of cake.

Craving pizza? Skip the food hall and check out Secret Pizza instead! It’s located near the Boulevard Tower and there are no signs telling you it’s there (because it’s a secret!) But just ask any employee if you and your little sleuths need help finding it.

2. Canteen food hall @ the Rio

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Located at the Rio Hotel & Casino, this fun food hall offers six unique chef-inspired fast food options. Open daily for lunch and dinner, you’ll find family friendly options like fried chicken, burritos, ramen, sushi, and more! The current offerings at Canteen include:

  • Attaboy Burger (Classic burgers, fries, and onion rings)

  • Nama Nama (Street food-style sushi from Tokyo)

  • Tender Crush (NYC style tenders, sandwiches & sides, plus sweets from the Coney Island boardwalk)

  • Tony Luke’s (Awarding winning Philly cheesesteaks)

  • Shogun Ramen (Unique ramen offerings)

  • Southland Burrito Co. (Sonoran-style burritos)

Before heading to the food hall, work up an appetite over at KISS Mini Golf inside the Rio!

3. Celebrity food hall @ Caesars palace

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Caesars Palace has had a food court for quite some time, but it was recently renamed to the Celebrity Food Hall and added lot’s of new offerings. Now, you’ll find world-class, chef created food experiences for the whole family!

Feel like a burger? Check out Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay! Or give hometown favorite Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy! a try. With different offerings open from 8:00 AM to past midnight, there’s something for everybody at almost any time.

We love the potato chip burger at Bobby’s Burgers, but you won’t find any traditional desserts here. Instead, check out the “Sweets” menu over at Cake Boss Buddy V’s pizzeria!

4. eat your heart out @ Durango casino & resort

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Even off-strip properties have gotten into the Food Hall craze! Durango Resort & Casino, located in Rhodes Ranch just off of I-215, has a very popular 25,000 square foot food hall. With 11 unique food offerings including Irv’s Burges, Prince Street Pizza and even Hawaiian street food, everyone in the family will find an option they’ll love! Plus, it’s just outside of the side entrance, so you don’t have to walk through the casino if you park in the lot on the right side of the entrance.

Be sure to save room for dessert! Nielsen’s Frozen Custard has amazing concretes and build your own sundaes.

5. Eataly @ The Park

Price Range: $-$$$ | Website

Located at The Park, Eataly can be accessed from the casino or through the outside entrance directly on Las Vegas Blvd. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped directly into an incredible market in the middle of Italy as soon as you walk in!

From authentic Roman-style pizza by the slice to bite-sized pasticcini, the Counters & Cafes inside Eataly have so many different fast and casual options for everyone in the family to choose from. Heads up, it can get pretty busy during lunch and dinner hours! If you see a seat, have someone in your group snag it!

After your meal, walk through Lady Gaga’s free museum where you can see artifacts and clothing from her shows! The museum is located right outside of Eataly inside The Park casino.

6. Famous Foods Street Eats @ resorts world

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Located at Resorts World (at the north end of the Strip), this is one of the larger food halls with 16 diverse and unique stands! But a word of warning - they are rarely all open at the same time so if you have your heart set on a particular menu item it’s always a good idea to have a backup.

Instead of ordering at the individual counters, you place your order at a single kiosk and then head over to the different stalls to pick up your order. The concept is meant to mirror traditional street food, so we’ve found that the portions here are usually smaller than the average Vegas meal. Plan to get a few different items if you want to share!

If the stall you want to order from isn’t open and you don’t want to leave Resorts World, check out Mulberry Street Pizza instead. They offer authentic New York Style pizza by the slice or by the pie, and every kind we’ve tried has been great!

7. Fremont Food Court

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

If you’re looking for a quick and easy (but still delicious!) option when you’re downtown, you’ve definitely got to check out the Fremont Food Court! Located inside the Fremont Hotel & Casino, you’ll find familiar favorites like Steak ‘n Shake and Dunkin Donuts, and other local favorites like Craft Kitchen, which focuses on dishes made with local and seasonal ingredients.

Is someone in the family craving chicken fingers? Check out Huey Magoo’s! With their golden chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, and craft lemonade, it’s sure to hit the spot.

8. Fulton Street Food Hall @ Harrah’s

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Located inside Harrah’s, the Fulton Street Food Hall offers a wide variety of selections like sweet and indulgent bakery-fresh pastries, homemade soups and comfort foods, artisanal sandwiches, New York style pizza, fresh sushi and ten various Pan-Asian noodle dishes. We love that it’s open 24/7, giving you options any time of day!

Looking for dessert? Head out of the Food Hall and over to Ben and Jerry’s for a familiar sweet treat!

9. Promenade Food Hall @ Fontainebleau

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Located on the second floor of the Fontainebleau, the Promenade food hall has something for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Choose from El Bagel, Miami Slice, Roadside Taco, or Chef Capon’s Burger. If you’re looking for an option with plenty of seating away from the casino, the Promenade is a great choice.

The gelato at Capon’s is amazing! Order it after your meal so it’s as cold as possible. We can’t stop thinking about the Banana Crème Pie flavor, so if it’s one of the options when you’re visiting we definitely recommend it!

10. Proper eats food hall @ aria

Price Range: $-$$ | Website

Proper Eats Food Hall (located where the now closed Aria buffet used to be) features a wide range of delicious dining experiences, including Korean fried chicken at Seoul Bird, fresh sushi rolls at Temaki Bar and authentic deli sandwiches at Wexler's.

Similar to the food hall at Resorts World, you’ll place your order on a kiosk and receive a text message when it’s ready. The only exception here is Egghead, which can get a decent sized line in the morning!

Feel like an egg and cheese bagel but not feeling the line at Egghead? Head to the kiosk and check out the breakfast bagel sandwich options at Wexler’s Deli instead.

Vegas has really leaned into the food hall concept, so expect to see more and more pop up in the future. If you’re looking for a fast and casual dining option that gives everyone access to the kind of food they want at the same time, check out the nearest food hall on your next Vegas family vacation!
