Buffet - Wicked Spoon
The Wicked Spoon buffet at The Cosmopolitan is thoughtful in its approach to gluten-free dining. Each dish is clearly marked with allergens. Additionally, a chef will walk you around the buffet to highlight safe choices and flag potential cross-contamination. Although it is not a dedicated gluten-free facility they have a dedicated fryer and well-trained staff.
Gluten-free offerings included fried rice, an omelet station, potatoes, several meats, crab legs, and even a dedicated dessert station.
The buffet is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Lines can be long during peak times!
Italian - Allegro
For those seeking Italian comfort food without the gluten gamble, Allegro at Wynn Las Vegas stands out as a flavorful and thoughtful option on the Strip. While not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, Allegro provides a separate gluten-free menu featuring pasta, risotto, soup, and even gluten-free bread. Chef Enzo and his staff are very knowledgeable and customize meals to accommodate gluten-free diners.
Allegro is open for dinner 7 days a week, and extra late on the weekends. They are also open for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Asian - PF Changs
PF Chang’s on the Las Vegas Strip offers one of the most celiac-friendly dining experiences in the city, thanks to its dedicated gluten-free menu and rigorous allergy protocols. Dishes like Mongolian Beef, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice are prepared in a separate kitchen area using dedicated gluten-free woks and utensils, and meals are served on distinct plates to avoid cross-contamination.
