1. Rain Show

Rain is a miracle in Las Vegas, but not in the Miracle Mile Shops! Here, it rains several times every day at the free and recently upgraded Rain Show.
Stop by and see an exciting display of thunder, lightning, fog, and rain showers, with some elaborate lighting effects. There’s even a bridge you can cross that puts you in the middle of the show!
Las Vegas averages only 5 inches of rain a year, with virtually no humidity most days. It’s super important to stay hydrated, so be sure to keep water on hand for everyone all day.
2. Popovich Comedy Pet Theater

3. Sandbox VR
Price Range: $$$ | Website
Sandbox VR combines motion capture with the latest in VR (Virtual Reality) hardware to create an amazing VR experience. Once engaged, you can see and physically interact with everyone inside; it’s hard to believe you’re actually in a virtual world!
The inspiration for this technology was Star Trek's Holodeck. There are a variety of experiences available to you, including those based on popular movies or TV shows like Squid Game, or based on sports like UFL - Unbound Fighting League. Game time is about 30 minutes but we would recommending planning an hour for the whole experience.
Although Sandbox VR doesn’t specify an age limit, this experience is geared toward older children/teenagers and each participant must be able to wear a vest that weighs approximately 20 lbs.
4. Wyland Galleries
Price Range: Free! | Website
Las Vegas loves art, and artists love the energy of Vegas. Robert Wyland is no exception! He has been called a “Marine Michelangelo” for his amazing whale-inspired art pieces.
He focuses on the whale to bring awareness to their plight. The Las Vegas gallery at Miracle Mile is literally an oasis in the desert, perfect for taking a break from the heat of the Strip.
If your family enjoys ocean life, consider visiting the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.
5. Rainforest Café
Price Range: $$ | Website
Your family will go wild for the Rainforest Café! Although not technically in the Miracle Mile Shops, the Rainforest Café sits just outside - you even use the same parking garage.
They even have a kid’s menu - which is a rarity in Las Vegas. They are open for brunch on Saturdays & Sundays and serve lunch and dinner the rest of the week. The menu includes traditional American fare with some tropical-themed additions.
Kids will be entertained by the decorative jungle atmosphere and talking animals. While there, be sure to check out Tracy the Talking Tree and the Rainforest Cafe Retail Village.
Rainforest Cafe is part of the Landry’s Hospitality Group, so you can use your Landry’s Select Rewards here. If you don’t have a rewards card, sign up before you go.
