Five Fun Family Activities at The Caesars Forum Shops in Las Vegas
One of the premier shopping destinations in Las Vegas, The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has more than 160 specialty shops and restaurants! Designed to make you feel like you’re walking the streets in ancient Rome, there are several fun activities and attractions that make this a must visit on your next Vegas family vacation.
1. Great Big Game Show
Price Range: $$ | Website
Have you and your family ever dreamed about being on a game show? If so, now is your chance at the Great Big Game Show experience! You can experience all the thrills of a televised game show right inside The Forum shops.
The game lasts for one hour, but you’ll need to plan for a little extra time for check-in. There are 18 mini-games available to play (recommended for ages 6 and over) - your whole group is sure to love this fun, family competition!
The games are recommended for ages 6 and up, but younger kids can still come and watch free of charge! Be sure to call before making your reservation so that your little ones that are no participating can be added to your reservation as they do have a maximum capacity in the studio area.
2. The Escape Game
Price Range: $$ | Website
Escape rooms can be such a fun family bonding experience! The Escape Game at the Forum shops has eight unique escape room experiences, each lasting approximately one hour.
You’ll start by choosing your room type (we absolutely loved The Depths and Cosmic Crisis!) and then you’ll be briefed on your game. Next you’ll be taken to your game room and “locked” inside with 60 minutes to hunt for clues that will lead to your escape. Don’t worry, there are unlimited hints available if you would like them!
This experience is recommended for participants 13+, but may be fine for younger participants as well if they are into puzzles and logic games.
First escape room experience? No worries! We recommend checking out The Ultimate Guide on How to Beat An Escape Room for some tips and tricks from the pros.
3. The Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery
Price Range: Free! | Website
Free art is a popular attraction in Las Vegas. This particular gallery allows you to browse art by some of the greatest artists in history, including Salvador Dali, Toulouse-Lautrec, Pablo Picasso, and Peter Max. They also host up-and-coming artists too like TikTok phenom Anna August.
There are several replicas of famous statues and famous people located at Caesars Palace and the connecting Forum Shops. Consider going on a family scavenger hunt to find them all!
4. The Fall of Atlantis at Caesars Palace
Price Range: Free! | Website
Forums have been around for centuries. It’s easy to imagine Plato walking about the Forum discussing his ideas, stopping by to pick up something from local vendors, or sharing a bite with a friend.
At the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, you can pick up something to take home, have a bite to eat, and watch an amazing show about the Fall of Atlantis, Pluto’s famous story.
This free animatronic show features talking statues, fire, and water. This short show runs hourly during open mall hours.
After the show, stop by the Ethel M Candy cart and pick up a FREE chocolate sample. If you love the sample chocolate, consider visiting their Vegas chocolate factory on your trip for a tour!
5. Caesars Forum Shop Atlantis Aquarium
Price Range: Free! | Website
Located next to The Fall of Atlantis show, this 50,000-gallon tank features a variety of ocean life, including sting rays and small sharks.
There are seven viewing windows to see inside the tank, plus a video monitor that shares pictures of the habitat. The area is a nice place to stop and take a break, except during the Fall of Atlantis show when it can get extremely loud and crowded. Keep in mind that this is a relatively small aquarium - we wouldn’t recommend going just to see this, but if you’re already at the shops it’s definitely worth a visit!
If your family loves aquatic life, be sure to visit the Shark Reef Aquarium, located just down the street at Mandalay Bay.
The Forum Shops are a great place to hang out with your whole family! Whether you’re looking for a little shopping time, stopping in for a meal, or just taking a break from the heat outside, there are plenty of ways to spend the day there.
