If you want something made slightly differently, just ask! This buffet does a great job of making sure you get what you want. For example, if don’t eat pork, ask them to make them to make you an Eggs Benedict without the ham, they will happily do so for you!

To Reserve or Not to Reserve – That is the Question

Have we convinced you to go yet? If so, we should talk about reservations! This buffet is very popular, and during peak hours, wait times can be over an hour. If you can schedule a time to visit the buffet, you may want to consider making a reservation.

You will not find The Buffet at Wynn on OpenTable. To make a reservation, visit the Wynn Website and book on their site through SevenRooms. Technically, you are pre-paying for preferred seating. This means they will seat you as soon as they can, however, they have not “reserved” a specific table for you. There still may be a slight wait when you arrive.

If you’re staying in the Tower Suites or have a Platinum or Black Wynn Reward Card, skip the reservation. There’s a dedicated line for you at the Buffet.

Buffet Pricing

The Buffet has two different options: Gourmet Brunch from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm, or Seafood Spectacular Dinner from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The brunch price is $59.99, and the dinner price is $79.99. Kids 3-9 are charged ½ price. Pricing is higher during holidays or special events. A plethora of non-alcoholic drinks are included; endless pour alcohol packages are also available for guests 21+ for an additional charge. There is also an option to add on a whole lobster during the Seafood Spectacular dinner for an upcharge.

Groups of 7+ are considered group dining. Without prior notification, The Buffet may not be able to accommodate larger groups with one large table. These groups may be offered several tables, as close together as possible, so keep that in mind if your party is made up of seven or more guests.

They do not shut the buffet down between brunch and dinner. Consider arriving around 12:00 pm so you can pay the Brunch pricing and can still get some of the dinner items. However, you are limited to 2 hours total at the buffet so you won’t be able to camp out for multiple meals.

Buffet Seating

The Buffet has five different seating sections. As you arrive at the hostess, you will look out onto the Atrium section. This section is very light and bright and it’s easy to access all buffet stations from this area.

Immediately to your left, there is a small room. This section is opened during the busiest times. The advantage to this section is that is feels very intimate and less noisy. However, the tables in this section are very close together.

Just past this room is the main section on the left side of the buffet. This section has both table and booth seating. The décor is colorful, think a combination of Paris and Disney. There is also a restroom in this section with a changing table.

On the right side of the buffet are two more sections. The section in the front is tucked into a space next to the buffet. At times, it can feel like you are sitting in the buffet. This section tends to get more traffic, with guests from other sections cutting through to get to the buffet. The other section is larger and includes tables with a view of the walkway outside of the buffet.

Once seated, your server will stop by your table to take your drink order and settle your check. The hostess will tell you to go to the buffet. However, we recommend having one person wait for the server to order your drinks. Otherwise, you will get back from the buffet and won’t have anything to drink with your food. If you haven’t prepaid, be prepared to pay as soon as you sit down. Unlike traditional restaurants, this buffet settles the check at the beginning of your meal.

When the server first arrives, order the following items along with your drinks: extra paper napkins, ketchup, and jam. This will ensure you have them when you need them, and your food doesn’t get cold while waiting for them.

The Wynn Buffet has something for everyone! The food quality is high, the service is great, and the ambiance is unmatched. The Wynn Buffet is a winner in our book, and it’s so easy to see why it is consistently named a Best Buffet in Las Vegas!
